Terms of Service Version 1.0

Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before utilizing the Site Inspection platform, audit pipelines, project management modules, and checklist engines.

Effective Date: September 05, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Site Inspection ecosystem ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these provisions.

2. User Account Roles & Responsibilities

Our Platform accommodates multi-tiered enterprise hierarchy configurations. Users are designated explicit roles with tailored system permissions:

  • Managers & Project Managers: Accountable for project allocation, scope setups, and administrative oversight.
  • Inspectors: Responsible for executing inspections, filling checklists, and capturing field criteria accurately.
  • Contractors: Permitted to log updates, resolve audit issues, and interact with designated project tasks.

You are entirely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. Any activities occurring under your authenticated session are considered your entity's legal responsibility.

3. Platform Features & Service Delivery

Site Inspection provides software-as-a-service (SaaS) features including but not limited to:

Audits & Inspections: Generating formal reporting pipelines.
Projects: Aggregating sites and tasks into environments.
Checklists: Custom dynamic form configuration layers.
Reporting: Cloud asset uploads, logs, and export mechanisms.

We continuously optimize our features. We reserve the right to modify, patch, update, or temporarily suspend system components to ensure security compliance and structural uptime.

4. Data Ownership & Content Licenses

Your legal entity retains all intellectual property and complete ownership rights over database criteria, inspection notes, uploaded images, checklist entries, and final generated audit documents. By uploading items to the Platform, you grant Site Inspection a restricted, global, royalty-free license strictly to process, host, parse, and backup your information to deliver software performance to your organization.

5. Prohibited Conduct & Acceptable Use

When interacting with our infrastructure, you agree that your authorized users will not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to crawl the system API layer.
  • Upload fraudulent compliance audits, malicious file binaries, or corrupted media attachments.
  • Bypass role-based access control guidelines or spoof permission scopes.
  • Utilize script automation to load-test checklist inputs without absolute written approval.

6. Platform Uptime & SLA Disclaimers

Site Inspection provides features on an "As Is" and "As Available" foundation. While we strive to maintain excellent platform availability, we do not warrant that checklist sync mechanisms, geographical tracking features, or reporting modules will remain uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Offline caching behaviors depend heavily on device hardware constraints.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the highest extent authorized under sovereign frameworks, Site Inspection shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages. This includes structural revenue losses, project completion delays, penalty failures resulting from missed audits, or equipment damages linked to your inspection operations.

8. Termination of Service

We reserve the authority to restrict, lock, or indefinitely dissolve individual profile registrations or organizational nodes upon terms of agreement violations, structural security threat signatures, or failure to fulfill corporate license fees.

9. Questions Regarding Terms

If your legal or operational teams have questions surrounding these operational requirements, please coordinate with our compliance branch at legal@siteinspection.com.
